Deidré Farmbry

Senior Associate

Deidré has a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania. She served the School District of Philadelphia for twenty-eight years, with her career culminating as Interim Superintendent and Chief Academic Officer. She was a teacher, department head, principal, and regional superintendent. The recipient of numerous awards, she has presented nationally on multicultural education, instructional leadership, and school reform. Her passion is helping school leaders build and sustain professional learning communities guided by reflective practice, collaborative inquiry and purpose-driven teambuilding.
